Rattlesnake Litter Patrol!

Rebecca Kelly is coordinating trash pickup along our roads. Please help her make this effort a success!

The pickup project will happen over Thanksgiving weekend… Nov 23^rd, 24^th & 25^th. Please take the time to pick up trash along the roadway where your driveway connects to your state maintained road… 50-100 yards in each direction.

Rebecca has kindly made arrangements with VDOT to give us signs and trash bags. Leave the bags on the side of the road when you are done. VDOT will pick them up for us. You can contact Rebecca by e-mail on the RMA Officers page.

Your participation with this important project would be greatly appreciated by your neighbors, and Mother Nature.

Message from Rebecca:

I talked to VDOT and I am picking up trash bags from them and signs for the road the weekend of Nov. 24, also, they said they will come and pick up the bags on Monday, so that works out great!

Please list info about the pick up at our neighbors leisure, sat or sun along the road way in and around their home and leave bag on roadside for pick up on Monday.
